Ingestion runs
Audit when an authority was collected, what the run processed and whether the source completed with warnings or failures.

/ingestion-runsReturns paginated import and backfill history ordered by most recent start time.

Use it for operational evidence
Run history complements authority coverage. Coverage says what should be collected; ingestion runs show what actually happened, including start and finish times, processed records and recorded failures.
