Authentication
HomeRadar API keys use bearer authentication. The access model is documented now so integrations can be designed safely before production keys open.
Send a key
Authorization: Bearer hr_live_...Attach the header to every customer API request. Missing, malformed or invalid credentials are rejected before the planning query runs.
Keep it private
- Call HomeRadar from your server, not directly from a public browser or mobile bundle.
- Store keys in a secrets manager or encrypted environment setting.
- Use separate keys for test and production environments when key management opens.
- Never place a key in a URL, log message, support ticket or source repository.
