Applications
Search normalised planning records, look around a coordinate, or retrieve one application by HomeRadar ID or council reference.
GET
/applicationsReturns a paginated list of planning applications matching the supplied filters.

GET
/applications/:idReturns one permitted record using its stable HomeRadar application ID.
GET
/applications/ref/:council/:referenceReturns a record only when exactly one released application matches the authority and published reference, including a recorded historical reference. URL-encode slashes and spaces in the reference. No permitted match returns HTTP 404; multiple permitted matches return HTTP 409.
