Explicit reference ambiguity
Reference lookup now returns HTTP 409 with AMBIGUOUS_REFERENCE when multiple released applications match, rather than choosing one arbitrarily. Stable application-ID lookup remains available. This API safeguard does not release additional authorities or certify collection completeness.

- Published the current v1 endpoint reference and normalised application field groups.
